WE ARE HIRING

At Cirrus Data, we help organizations around the world accelerate their digital transformation. The company was started in 2011 by founders with a relentless focus on innovation and a belief that by enabling companies to access their new storage architectures faster … they could change their outcomes.

Today, we are a global team of passionate people working together, and winning together. Our name says it all. Cirrus Data Solutions delivers cloud migration solutions to organizations around the world. We also know that one solution does not fit all in the very complex world of data storage. You’ll see that knowledge reflected in our continual innovation and breadth of solutions.

If you are passionate, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo, we want to hear from you. Cirrus Data is growing, and you will too.

Cirrus Data is a unicorn in the storage world:

  • Our global team is transforming how organizations adopt and employ new digital technologies.
  • Titles and hierarchy aren’t part of our ethos. Each team member is respected and has the opportunity to innovate. You will make a difference.

Medical, Dental, Group Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability

Work-life balance is essential. We encourage employees to take time off to recharge and prevent burnout. Cirrus Data has a flexible paid time off policy where employees are given the flexibility to take planned time off as needed.

Supporting our employees’ family plans is vital to the CDS team. Paid time off eases the transition in adding a new member of the family and returning to work.

While most of our engineering team is based in Long Island, New York, Cirrus Data cares more about the work you do than where you work. With a global team, we know the best way for us to continue hiring the sharpest minds in the industry is to focus on the people vs. the location.

GET IT DONE

Take the initiative and ownership to get things done. Build products and results like this is your company because it is! Follow through, and delivery are essential for success. If we don’t each take responsibility, inertia will set it.
