Stead Burwell
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Burwell has been working with Cirrus Data to help its founder, Geoff Swindle, build and strategically grow its business. Mr. Burwell has worked with startups in several different capacities as an operating executive, founder, board member and investor. Mr. Burwell recently founded VoiceVault and recruited the founding executive team. VoiceVault was funded by Kleiner Perkins and since been renamed Pinger, Inc.

As Interim CEO for Venafi, an early stage startup company, Mr. Burwell built the management team and oversaw the closing of initial customers including leading Fortune 100 customers. Venafi is backed by Foundation Capital and UV Partners. Previously, Mr. Burwell was a technology investor at UV Partners, an early stage venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City. Mr. Burwell was also an equity research analyst in the technology sector at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Burwell is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he later received his MBA.

Geoff Swindle
Founder and President

Mr. Swindle, founder and president of Cirrus Data Management, is responsible for the company's overall operations, providing strategic guidance, and developing key partnerships. Mr. Swindle is an entrepreneur who successfully founded, built and managed Cirrus Data since its inception in 2002. In 2004, he repositioned the company's focus from developing broad Internet capabilities to lead generation for the healthcare industry, taking advantage of the growing population of Internet consumers searching for healthcare needs. A pioneer and expert in online marketing, Mr. Swindle has eight years of experience with interactive marketing startups, beginning his career at CitySearch.com. His well-versed background in interactive marketing and lead generation has helped Cirrus Data position itself as a leader in online customer acquisition for the healthcare industry.

Mr. Swindle holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah.

Tony Roy
VP, Interactive Media

As Vice President of Interactive Media, Mr. Roy oversees the marketing, strategic planning and proprietary partnerships for all of Cirrus Data's lead generation solutions.

Prior to Cirrus Data, Mr. Roy led marketing teams at FedEx, International Paper, FranklinCovey and, most recently, Datamark - - a top lead generation company in the education industry, where he led a 29-person marketing team charged with managing a $60M annual Internet marketing budget. At FedEx, Mr. Roy grew annual revenue from $800K to over $100M for the company's online shipping software and helped define the next generation of FedEx.com. As Director of eBusiness at International Paper, Mr. Roy was the chief eBusiness strategist for the $12B paper vertical, where he created new disruptive business models for the company. During his tenure at FranklinCovey, Mr. Roy led the turnaround of the eCommerce business, producing 32% year-over-year revenue growth.

Mr. Roy is a graduate of the University of Memphis, where he later received his M.A. in Journalism with a concentration in electronic media.

Troy Oldroyd
VP, Technology

With over 10 years of experience, Troy Oldroyd enabled media revenue growth from $6M to over $60M as the chief technology architect for Datamark. As the Director of Interactive Technology, Mr. Oldroyd developed and managed the company's principal lead generation software and hardware.

Prior to Datamark, Mr. Oldroyd was the Director of Interactive for Blain Olsen White Gurr Advertising, where he led the development of Internet marketing technologies for such companies as 3M, 3Com, Novell, Telcordia and Micron. Mr. Oldroyd's influence on the creation of the agency's business system assisted BOWG in being named one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. magazine.

Greg Seyller
SVP, Sales and Client Services

Mr. Seyller is responsible for planning and executing the sales and service strategy for Cirrus Data. Before coming on board, Mr. Seyller was the SVP of Sales for Q Interactive. During his 5½ year tenure at Q, the company had 30% year-over-year revenue growth and established itself as one of the premiere online lead generation networks. Prior to Q, Mr. Seyller led the sales and service team at Apartments.com, a Classified Ventures company. While at Apartments.com, Mr. Seyller and his team were responsible for driving triple digit year-over-year revenue growth as well as leading the company to profitability within three years from inception. Mr. Seyller has also worked in sales management roles at Entertainment Publications and Enterprise Rent A Car.

Mr. Seyller earned a B.A. in Communications from Eastern Illinois University.
